That's some crazy sh1t right there. He was a great ball player, unfortunately the spitting incident will forever cloud his reputation in the game... The Rays invited him to camp 2 or 3 years ago, played some in Spring Training and then decided to leave before the season started as he was going to be headed to the Minors.
