It's a quarter horse track.

well, that makes a bit more sense... but it seems to me that Magna could "lease" Lone Star to them for a QH horse meet, and take in a bit more revenue.

I thought Lone Star has always ran QH's and has had mixed meets.

This racetrack will only built if, and only if, some type of alternative gambling is passed by the TX legislature.

Don't plan on it ever happening.

yes lone star has a mixed meet. has from the beginning of it.

It's not really a mixed meet per se as LS never runs QH and TB at the same time. They run TB from early April thru late July and QH from early October thru late November.
