Halsey Minor stood arm in arm with Peter Franchot, the MD State Comptroller, and declared slots the greatest evil since the Devil himself. But now, all of a sudden, he's a playa!!

Not only is Magna and Minor gearing up for a run at slots in the Anne Arundel County location (aka the Laurel Park area site) but now Hard Rock International has paired up with the Treasurer of the MD Democratic Party to possibly make a run for the site license too.

I don't know how some of these guys can ever say anything with a straight face.....

Minor is a Grade 1 gas bag who somehow manages to keep his name in the news without actually doing anything.

Doesn't he (Minor) also hate handicap racing and think horses shouldn't get added weight from thier success?
