Hasn't been available in Va for ages. Last place I saw it available was in NJ...but not for that much more a gallon.

maybe people in wheelchairs would pay more but why fill your tank up for 36 when it can be 24?

You can only get full serve in NJ, it is the law.

I was in NJ last summer and had to get full service. A couple of ineresting things. One was the sign reminding the driver that the attendant only pumped gas and DID NOT check the oil or clean the windshield. The other thing was the guy filling up the tank deciding to light up a cigerette while pumping gas into my car.

The only way I could understand full service is if you're missing an arm or something...or if you're injured and it takes too long to get out of your car.

Other than that, seems ridiculous to be too lazy to walk 1 foot to the gas pump lol
