I would have to give it to Chicago. It seems like everyone there is somebodies family member and they are all corrupt.

just because illinois politicians are artless in their corruption is no reason to take a deserved award away from louisiana.

it used to stem into the local court system here in Chicago and probaby still does to some extent but fixing speeding tickets and DUI's was easier and cheaper than buying a TV. Murder cases were even fixed. Not sure New O can lay claim to that. Thank God those days for the most are gone.
