Incredible

I was just over at the BC site to watch a replay of the classic AS there are no replays of the BC races on CALRACING. Which means there are no replays of the track video.

The ESPN camera angles are terrible (what a ****in joke). ESPN is singlehandedly trying to do away with trip handicapping.

In any other sport, there's a ton of tape for the major (and other) events. There's a ton of tape for the DERBY. Where's the tape for the BC?

The soap box is really starting to fail with repeated use.

Perhaps you could or should start a business....Let's call it Fat Foto's.. Imagine cornering the market on HD hi quality race feeds. You could offer Head on's, Pan shot's and for the serious capper(at a huge extra fee) Iso's on every horse in the race from the fleet of aerial blimps you position at every track.

Unless you start this business I doubt NYRA or any other body will install what "The Fat Man" deems his g-d given right.. Dude unless you want the takeout going up to enhance your capping experience then deal with the replays and technology as it is.. I never hear Serling bitchin and this dude looks at tape 8 hours a fn day

I saw an excellent French movie this afternoon ( I have no idea what the name is ) that was far better than watching endless replays.

I looked it up....." I've Loved You So Long. " Far better than the BC races, that's for sure.

UPS...

I did hear that movie was actually quiet good.

The Diving Bell and The Butterfly is one of the best movies of the decade.

By the way, I happen to wholeheartedly agree with the Fat Man that it is absurd that the BC seems reluctant to release the track video, the only watchable view, of these races. How exactly is this promoting the sport?

However, they are available at Racereplays.com, so you can get them if you pay a nominal amount. But, the head-ons are not available which is pretty lame.

They are also available for free on Twinspires.com, as long as you bet some money.....

Someone please post them on YouTube and give the link!!! Then we can all enjoy them the right way without having to sign up for racereplays.

Why not? There has to be a way to extract the file from RaceReplays, although I'm no computer whiz.
