Love Henry but thinking Nahoodh might pull it off here.....

It's still early though.

Some race - Tamayuz v Henry, I really hope it is quick ground so you can bring Raven's Pass into the equation (and would prob rule out Nahoodh!)

Betsy 09-22-2008 07:24 PM

If Tamayuz handles firm footing (I thought I read that Freddie Head was hoping for firm to good), then I hope those are the conditions because I want every horse to be at his or her best. Henry v. Tamayuz should be a fantastic matchup. Henry was winning everything in sight earlier this year and he's marvelous, but Tamayuz has made remarkable strides since the French 2000 Guineas. I'm going to have to view this race at work as it's on a Friday, so I hope my boy makes it worth the risk!

anyone up for watching this.. should be some race.. ground is quick but a bit loose, so it may not suit Henry or Raven's Pass. We will see though. Im on Tamayuz...

Of course, thanks Brock.

Wow!

Raven's Pass turns the tables on Henry The Navigator, just got the jump on him!:tro:

brockguy 09-27-2008 10:22 AM

wow - superb race.. Ravens gets his revenge on Henry. Fortune gave him a peach. had him in the perfect position, got first run on Henry and held him off the whole way home. Tamayuz lead briefly in the stretch but faded tamely and finished 4th.

mclem0822 09-27-2008 10:27 AM

That was exciting.....

Can't wait to see them over here for BC!

brockguy 09-27-2008 10:28 AM

He would be a sure thing in the Mile, BUT Gosden just said he might go for the Classic.. that would be amazing to see..
