Same thing happen in my hometown with an amish horse a few years back by a local sicko weirdo molester that STILL roams the streets & should be locked up! Saw the guy at Saratoga this year during one of the giveaway days outside the main gate :eek: Too many nut cases & dangerous ones roaming the streets. :mad:
