Quite the competitive heat. Could make a case for almost everyone in the field.

She's the morning line favorite at 3-1.

Here's a role call, meet-up information and running comment thread for Thursday's KICKIN N SCREAMIN start at Arlington Park..

Not sure who's committed to a visit yet...?

If I fly into Midway and grab a rental car for the day, what kind of a drive is it to the track...?

On a Thursday mid-morning, it will take you about an hour to go Midway-Arlington. And given that the race is late in the p.m., getting back to Midway will take 2 hours through Chicago traffic...

Dave

Made this drive back in May. Depending on trafiic, you should probably figure 45 mintues to an hour, Midway to AP. The Chicago crew should have a better gauge.

Steve, Scav, Heels,
Thanks for the info....my post-Saratoga freshening is complete...I'd love to make it to see all three of the girls race...I do believe I may be able pull this off.

I laughed..

(There are members of the "Chicago crew" that couldn't find Michigan Ave. if you put them at Navy Pier..)

Heels1989 09-09-2008 09:10 AM

I wonder who that might be. :D

I actually have only been to Navy Pier once in my life, and that was to go swing dancing with this hot gymnastics girl that I was trying to get with. (I met her at University of Kentucky actually, Tim Couch era)

I am so envious - wish I could do the same. Only Belmont Park for me and watching the simulcast at Suffolk Downs for the other girls. Good luck with your travels!

to get north, take I-290 instead of I-294 (interstate that goes by O'Hare). 294 is the interstate that's under construction this year.

I'm sure Steve will post something soon.

However, PM your e-mail address and I'll send along to DRF Basic PP's.

(That goes for you too, Hoff.)
