The saddling area is really small at River so the owner was standing outside by the rail while we were putting the saddle on. Some lady standing next to him (she had no idea who he was) says to the guy she was with "I finally find the right race for my filly and these motherfckin aholes from KY have to show up here!!" He could barely contain his laughter... (I think her horse was second)

the chart has a Geraldine Rodak as the trainer of the place horse

Galaxy Lady won by over 11 lengths and paid $3.60

and the tri and super were decent. I hope you made money on the race. seems like the purse would barely cover gas.

but a great story.. I know how she feels. Le Chateau comes to mind
