I'm the DT'er from Cali... I must say Thursday was an experience I will never forget. And if you could overlook Kickin doing a little break dancing in the paddock, it was an amazingly beautiful day. She knew she had done something wrong when we visited her at the barn later. She was a little droopy, but still friendly. Sorry I missed the fireworks later that night, but I was on a plane back to Cali.:zz:

Was watching on my computer and saw you when they panned around the paddock. Thought that was you although have not heard from you in a while so was not sure if you went.

Racking in those DT frequent flyer miles!

It was kind of a last minute thing... didn't know whether I could pull it off. I forgot to ask Kickin about it. I think TC has her doing DDR as part of her fitness routine.

I'll hit the elite level of my mileage plan on my return trip from Saratoga in August. Am thinking about trying to make the ultra-supremo elite level by throwing in a trip to the U.K. :D What's the usual 'chase season?

You deserve a medal.

:tro:

or a trophy.

I probably deserve a slap to the back of the head...:zz:

or at least a caffeinated drink!

As Scav would say, "it's all good." I have three whole days to recover. And, if I hadn't been there to see what happened, and check on Kickin afterwards, I would still be worrying about whether Kickin was okay. Empty pockets, but a peaceful mind....
