Prairie Meadows and Mtnr Sat. night

Fairbanks is scratched from the big race at Prairie Meadows tonight, too bad as he would have taken tons of money

Muddy and off turf at Mtnr

Mike 06-28-2008 08:33 PM

Not much left at Mtnr, I'll side with Friends of Bertie in the 8th as he has a high % trainer compared to other s here, and also has some listed works, including a decent 5 furlong

Imperial Zip(City Zip out of Carson City), in the 9th, attracts jockey Whitney off of the favorite, Royal Right. Flashes a 4 furlong bullet in 47 and 1/5ths and like sit wet

Rolling Sea will rebound tonight as will Lovango, I think both of them are singles....

Prairie Meadows, race 8 intrigues me with Native Ruler at a preposterous 15-1 ml. This horse has won three straight for new trainer Chris Richard, who's hitting at a 35% win rate over the last 86 races. I'll take this horse to beat Noonmark(notice Maya's Storm has scratched)

Temporary Saint should find it easy up front in the big race

For my Prairie Meadows FANS!!!

7: 5
8: 5
9: 2,4,7
10: 7

$1.50 per $.50 bet :)

Imperial Zip goes off the 5-2 fave at Mtnr and barely holds on for me

you are in the zone today...

I should have known there was something fishy going on at Prairie Meadows, Shane Laviolette hits the board in STAKES RACES there....what is this world coming to.....

Mike 06-28-2008 09:35 PM

I wasn't going to bet the nightcap at Mtnr, as the ml 8-5 favorite, Karakorumville, is also out of City Zip and also has a high% trainer. I'm watching the odds as he went up to 7-2, now down to 5-2

Scav 06-28-2008 09:41 PM

While I like Lovango a little bit at Prairie, Magnus One is a very hard nosed trying sprinter, has a shot back on dirt I think. #12

Mike 06-28-2008 09:44 PM

Forget it on that nightcap, below 2-1

Mike 06-28-2008 09:50 PM

Native Ruler makes my day:)

Karakorumville, whom I didn't bet, came in 2nd at Mtnr

I'll head into tomorrows races cocky as hell

Was Assmutant's horse running out of the detention barn tonight?

mnmark 06-29-2008 01:06 AM

He ran like 10 horses there this weekend in the six stakes races and was skunked.

Would have been nice to get that longshot in the 3rd leg of the late PK 4.
Looks like only two lucky winners.
