yet to see the PPs or go over this one, but Student Council had ran a much improved race last out. A significant move-up. Heatseeker of course, and also Go Between adds to this race. I have no idea how Hollywood is even playing... Looks like a huge race to me.

Heatseeker out

ninetoone 06-27-2008 11:17 AM

hockey2315 06-27-2008 11:34 AM

Source? If true that's a shame. . .

ninetoone 06-27-2008 11:35 AM

It's on DRF...swelling in left front ankle.

hockey2315 06-27-2008 11:38 AM

Oops just saw it. . . hopefully this doesn't knock him out for too long - he's one of the few exciting older horses right now.

please dont insult me, i do realize this...
i also realize he was strong in his comeback and the trainer change is huge
i would be SHOCKED IF HE DOES NOT RUN 1-2

Um it wasn't really meant as an insult...the horse is a 9 year old that has won 3 races since September '03...it also appears his worst race was the Californian last year, which was over the Hollywood AW track...

I'm just saying a "big shot to win this" might be a overstatement...

Never mind. I see this is old news and there was already a thread. Sorry about that.

Rupert Pupkin 06-27-2008 08:07 PM

I think Perfect Drift will be very competitive tomorrow. I think he will finish in the top 4. I think he even has a decent shot to win.
