Tracking Owners

Does anyone know of a tool (like DRF watch) that can be used to track by Owner? For instance, if I wanted to know every time Ramsey entered a horse... hypothetically speaking.

There's no DRF Watch for owners, however, a service I use for "other types" of "watches" might have it. I'll check.
