No that won't solve anything. Until the owners can be criminally prosecuted and have their assets frozen and eventually taken away for fraud, nothing will change. Trainers are expendable.

I applaud NJ for their actions and their system to catch the cheaters. It can be done, they've shown that. Now a meaningful suspension sytem for enforcement of infractions is the next step.
