BEL Handicapping Qualifier

Thinking about giving the Belmont Handicapping Competition a try. Think it is June 21, 22.

Anyone know if or how early spots usually fill?

I snuck away from college with a buddy to make opening day at Belmont one year, and we then paired it up with a visit to Shea Stadium. Lots of fun.

Have not seen anything regarding Showdown. Infor for the competition is no NYRA Site.

Definitely be there Opening Day as long as it's not a wash out.

i did hear that it usually sells out, i believe there are 200 spots

The NY contests always sell out. I always send mine in way early so I don't know when exactly they sell out, but I wouldn't wait much past June 1. Basically, send your entry in as early as you possibly can!
