Take Charge Lady's first foal, Charming (Seeking the Gold), $3.2MM Scatourchio purchase, makes her debut in the 6th today at KEE..

(And interestingly, Ken KcPeek has 2 in the race trying to beat her...)

huge run by this 3.2 mil daughter of stg-tcl.

How huge? I can't see a chart at work, and was looking forward to this.

she won by only about a head or so, and the time was pretty quick, about 115.8, or a touch under.

she cruised easy on the lead and then was hooked coming for home. she battled the length of the stretch with the 6 horse in what was easily the most enjoyable race to watch i've seen on poly.

those 2 fillies were flying home.

that track does seem to be generating fast times so far, but still, it was a very nice effort.

she has already banked 30k of the 3.2 mill that they paid for her, they are on there way

they actually might be with this one. she won against the bias, and was dead game doing it first out. gigantic future ?

damnit.

i expect her to be retired soon and she'll be bred next year to...

she was blown away by music note...
at belmont going 1 mile, music note blew by charming and she had 0 response for it.... music note is running this weekend against proud spell in the big race at belmont and i dont know where charming has gone.

Got stomped by Music Note going a mile last time out.

charming is very talented, broke her maiden against the bias at keenland, and music note could be any kind of monster.
