Question about tampa bay today ?
 

earlier today i played the late pick 3, it was around 2pm, the track was fast and firm and i played a $3 wheel 1,4/1,5,9,10/5,9... the ticket cost me $48.

now i turn otb on and they are wet/fast and off the turf
what is the policy there ?
is my ticket dead ?

and there have been times especially with gulfstream where i will wheel 3-4 horses a race, 1 of them scratches i still hit the bet, go to cash it and its just my money back.
