On every network.....all programs are being interupted. In fact, I believe Thursday has been declared a National holiday.

On a less serious note, I believe OTB in Upstate NY will show it and probably HRTV but I'm not sure.

They are and the Down the Stretch show will show it on Saturday, which is also available via weblink.

NYC OTB has been carrying Dubai...

Yes, but they have to carry the NYRA feed so they won't have Dubai races at 12:15. NYRA, however, may well show it a little later, if not live.

No, I mean actually at a NYC OTB. Inside Track on 2nd Ave. That is where I watched Etched 2 weeks ago.

EDIT***Does anyone know what time the 5th race at Nad Al Sheba goes off in NY? Forget It>>>12:15

I do know that folks have gotten better about putting things like that up on Youtube. Might be worth checking that out with a quick search.. Now you wouldn't be seeing it live though.
