this could make the debate interesting.....NTRA chairman to testify before congress about steriods.

Horse racing may benefit by Congressional intervention. There just isn't a governing body nationally in horse racing that has the ability to set and enforce rules nationwide.

If it is like the Clemens hearing then the NTRA should feel right at home with the clowns. I for one would welcome the feds paying the freight on our testing and having all testing done at one facility. At least we could have incompetence from one governing body instead of 39 seperate ones.
