KipDeville

As I Responsed to after Showing Up beat KD. He was second best that day,and the jock rode him good by bottoming the field out, today as everyone thought he would go much slower and in doing so he kept everyone in the race and when the running started they gobbled him up so I say maybe that other jock who rode him before did his job after all last startthe horse earned what 200,000........ I knew pace thing was gonna happen he was a toss to me..I like it when people make this error in judgement about pace, happens all the time you could see in the last race only horse that closed was Showing Up so with that pace how really good is showing up Iwill tell you hes for real

He got smoked! Mabe they wish they had the other jockey (Quincy) who by the way has earned himself the privilege to ride Shake the Bank in his next start at Saratoga in the Sword Dancer.

In my opinion. Kip Deville lost for two reasons:

1. The combination of being tired from his last race and the added distance
2. The pressure from Roman Dynasty

I liked Go Between in the last race but jumped on the Kip bandwagon for this one. . . guess that was a mistake

I think you are 100% correct, but the distance is too far for him too. He is a miler, he collapsed in both races, he just had such a big lead in the first one that he looked like he could go more than a mile.

The horse is still very good but trying to rate him is pointless. He is another Sinister Minister.

Hes not nearly as good as Sinister Minister.
