20% of Curlin for sale at auction?

There is a bond hearing today for the incarcerated three yahoos that stole millions from their clients.

Clients and their lawyers are watching closely - they may ask the judge to allow them to put that 20% of Curlin up for sale at auction, so the yahoos can't use that asset for bond money, and so they can get a bit of the money legally owed them.

That was noon news here in Lexington - more will come out later as story develops today.

i hope they sell, that's really all anyone is waiting for. presumably jackson will buy it up, and the show will go on.

Dee Tee cant afford the legal bills that will accompany the 20%. No one is lining up to be partners with Uncle Jess either.
