Thanks Steve! Nice to get this guy home...Only the 3rd homebred to find the winner's circle. Helped to finally get a maiden race without Preachin' Man, Rated Feisty, Ready's Image, Spanky Fischbein, Pyro, Big Truck or Monba. We'll try to give him 30 days off now (although his vendetta against fences might work against him) and have a fresh horse for this spring.

Still smarting a little from losing Wood Winner via the claim box yesterday.

Congrats on the win!

Congrats, but it kinda hurts getting 6k for a maiden Sp wt. win. I know, I've been there before. Turfways purses are a joke. The track barely covers 1/2 the purse, the KTDF covers the rest.

Especially considering they do reasonable handle (probably $3MM on a typical Saturday). How does the state let them get away with such low purses??

The private purchase offers should come a flying. If the horse can win for J. Sanders it must be a superstar.

How exciting! Congrats!:)

Thanks everyone! It does hurt a little with the small purse. (I thought Keeneland owned a piece of TP) , but there is still nothing like a win.
