I'm extraordinarily impressed that you're reading the Voice.....or did you just happen upon this article as you were rushing ahead to the personals.

You better be careful printing the truth like this as it doesn't go along with the silly, and completely unfair, notion that NY Racing is a drain on the taxpayers.

Wait till the Yankees have some tough seasons after recent record attendance year after year. New stadium or not they'll have a tough time meeting attendance projections.

It's been proven time and time again publicly-financed stadiums are a terrible investment for taxpayers. One of the few to actually provide positive benefit to the community is your Indians' Jacobs Field.

If Bloomberg knows one thing it is how to make money.
if he thinks the tax abatements make sense for the economy of NYC then my money is on him in this matter. the guy may be a prick but he knows a good business deal when he sees it.
