Do you get free parking or anything like that if you own a NY foal ?

With a NY owners license you get free parking in the owner's lot. (Great at Belmont and Saratoga...just about need a bus from the lot at Aqu). Free admission and a free small program (while supplies last). You need to have a horse that can be expected to race at NYRA during the calender year to qualify for the owner's badge.

That pretty much sums it up. Owning gets you nothing. Licensed gets you the above. You could be a licensed/registered NY breeder, but that's another topic. BTW, good luck.
