I'm not sure if anyone here follow philly park, i'm just wondering if anyone knows where the best apprentice rider is and that's Carol Cedeno? Did she take a break or take a spill? thanx in advance

She's been riding at Aqueduct since mid-November. Good time of year for her to fare well in NY.
