Anybody else having trouble with Xpressbet video?

Have been able to get sound only intermittently, video not at all. Sent 2 e-mails to customer service over the last week. No response. Telephoned once, and was told "We have video problems on our end, are working on it". That was days ago.

Just trying to determine if it's on my end or their end. My settings are as they always were, no problems with receiving from other websites.

i was watching tampa saturday and the video would go in and out. i gave up after 3 races and logged out.

Still having Xpressbet problems today. Anybody else, still? Constant buffering, no video at all, at best voice only, cutting in and out.

Never did get replies to my first two e-mails sent to customer service this past week.

Telephoned Customer Service tonight. Nice person on the phone checked with technical service, all my computer settings and Windows Media player are the ones they recommend.

I was told that they recently did get a new video provider, but after the initial glitch, they don't think they have any problems on their end.

I suggested they may still have a problem, as I have no problem at all receiving data from other providers, other Windows Media uses, etc.

They suggested I contact my ISP provider to see if my ISP had any suggestions.

My ISP does not.

I e-mailed back Xpressbet customer service. The e-mail was entitled, "Third try - is anybody there?"

I immediately did get an e-mail back, apologizing for lack of response this past week to previous inquiries. Said they did have many issues this past week with the new video provider, but they thought they were all resolved. They suggested I call someone in Technical Services.

I may give it one last try with tech services tomorrow.

Did the one last try with the recommended, daytime-call "talk to George" in Tech Services, and he fixed it. Tide, if you're still having problems, he's the guy!
