My Spa Trip

Arriving August 3 (Thur) thru Aug 6. Will be at the Marriott Courtyard.

Of course Dell, I live here. I run by there quite frequently. You are in a nice spot and I hear the rooms are quite nice (very new facility).

Appx 1/2 mile from dowtown, very walkable. As far as the track goes, you may want to drive or take a cab. Its probably a little more than 1 mile.

If you want to check out the workouts Friday morning/grab some coffee, let me know. I have to work but I can be late.

Dell I live right down the street from there. Its not real far to the track. From my house is about a mile, you would be about a mile and a half.
