Dead or Alive

The Associated Press recently reported about a man in Southern China who apparently died of exhaustion after a 3 day internet gaming binge in a cyber cafe. Paramedics tried to revive the man but failed.

According to the story, about 100 other web surfers "left the cafe in fear after witnessing the man's death."

A rumor quickly circulated that the man had been playing on-line poker & horseracing. As the crowd dispersed, one of the curious onlookers asked if the man was alive.

"Only in the pick 4." was the reply.

Terrible.
