couple of questions about Brisnet products

Got a Brisnet pamphlet in the mail and am thinking about buying some of their products for the BC. I've bought their PPs on occasion, but I'd like some opinions about two items in specific: Clocker Report and European Insight.

Clocker Report: I think I got this during one of their giveaway promotions and liked it. Anyone use this regularly? Are the comments helpful, as demonstrated by results?

European Insight: Pamphlet says it provides Timeform ratings, about which I know nothing, other than seeing them in the DRF sometimes. Does this product interpret the Timeform numbers in terms of Brisnet speed ratings (or Beyers)? Does this product have commentary about the Euros' past races, running styles, preferences (firm/soft turf, distance, etc.)?

I have no clue. But brisnet provides samples to view of each of their products.

Thanks. Didn't see a sample of the European Insight report, maybe they'll put one up closer to the date. As for the Clocker Report, I know what it looks like, I'm looking more for opinions on its worth.

If you go to any of the products they'll have a sample to view. Gives you a chance to take a close look at what you're getting. I use their form all the time and can't read a DRF very well since. They just seem to give more info.

PS: Was it you that PM me about the "May the horse be with you" bumper sticker? Got it.

Though it happens rarely, you might find a real bomb who has a string a A or A+ workouts and runs well. I think of Musique Toujours winning the Sunshine Millions Classic two years ago at 70-1 as an example.

Keep in mind that clocker reports are not to be used in place of good handicapping.

The clockers miss more than they get and they don't tell you how the horse was working last month. You really need a baseline to tell if there is an improvement in the performance of the animal.

I have found that clockers reports to intresting information only to reinforce a betting angle after handicapping a race.

With all that said , if I like a horse, the clockers show interst and I like what I see in the paddock, I usually increase my wager. Then the old win some lose some rule takes affect.

Clockers reports are intresting at best. Good luck
