What the heck is up with that bug infestation on the field???? I have NEVER seen anything like that. Has to be extremely distracting for every player on the field.

Like camping in the Adirondacks on Memorial Day weekend.....they will eat you alive! :eek:

I'm having trouble just watching... I hate BUGS!!

Shows what a sewer of a city Cleveland really is...Mistake on the Lake for sure!

It's this 75 degree weather in October up north.....makes you itch! :eek:

For some reason the bugs didn't cause Carmona and Perez to walk anyone or throw wild pitches?? Interesting how it only affected Chamberlain and caused only HIM to walk people and throw wild pitches. Buster Olney was practically crying over poor Joba and the bugs. Perhaps Joba isn't really God as if he was he certainly would be better able to commune with the midges as Fausto and Perez certainly were able to!! But the bugs cost the Yankees the game, because after all, Joba got Casey Blake to fly out without the bugs in the 7th and we all know noone ever gets Casey Blake out!! Nonetheless, I'm all broken up about the poor Yankees and Joba's bugs. It's a dirty rotten shame Cleveland teams always get all the breaks like tonight!!

It's rumored , in order to spice up the Yankees act, that NIM-ROD and Jeter will perform Synchronized StrikeOuts at some point in tonights game.

Jeter and K' Rod have humilated the city of New York. Mort, I had a client and his son in town for the second game. In any event we went down to where you can watch the players enter the Jake so he could get some autographs and see K Rod. K Rod showed up 2 hrs before the entire team in a stretched navigator. 2 hrs later Jeter and the rest of the bums showed up in a broken down white mini van taxi. Torre was late for the game because he was trying to get a late bet down at Thistle
