in the second leg of a pick 3.

I had Golden Noodle in my second leg of the pick 3 at Del Mar. Am I eligible for a consoloation Pick 3 or do I get the Favorite in this race?

I just found out that I got the COnsolation Pick 3 for $52.20.
If your horse scrathes in the second or third leg you are automaticaly eligible to recieve the consolation payoff. Of course your selections have to come in the other two legs.

good deal. I know at AP that if you get a scratch, then you get the PTF and don't get a consolation. You only get a consolation if it's the LAST leg of a wager (DD, P3, P4).
