So who will be the first to race....R2R, Discreet Cat, or The Green Monkey??
 

Personally I believe The Green Monkey will be the first one, as he needs at least one race before he goes off to stud :)

I'll take the Cat. Allowance race at Belmont, then the Cigar Mile.

You have to say it will be Discreet Cat, although you couldn't be sure. Whatever happens, i don't think DC will be able to show anywhere near the sort of ability he showed last year. I think he will be a major disappointment when he gets back on track. Just a feeling.

The Green Monkey is obviously pretty moderate. Which is more embarassing, spending $16million on a horse that never races, or spending $16 million on a horse that does race and has next to no ability? I'd say the later. At least there are thousands of excuses if he never makes it to the track.
