Can the 13 win three races in a row?

Well, the 13,13,13 pick three is the lowest pay off in the pools and we're looking at a 675K Giant Causeway colt. Currently 10-1 and dropping.

Wonder if the 13 has ever won three times, I tend to doubt it.

That morning line was a joke, Trombetta has them ready at a startling percentage and had been working lights out- but I didn't think he'd be actually FAVORED at post time. I circled him last night but figured 6 or 7-1.

You are absolutely right, same as with Got the Last Laugh in the 1st.

I didn't even look at the ML's in the program, I figured Got the Last Laugh would be 4-1ish so 12-1 is also a terrible ML.

Donovan's doing a good job overall, this is not a rip on him (he's actually a friend of mine), but I think he needs to see what people bet in maiden races with a lot of firsters/second timers- in the case of the Yankee Victor horse especially, it's trainers and workouts that drive the action, not necessarily pedigree.

Good call, I didn't even see that place price. Very well meant and the works indicated as such.

victor is a heck of a horse. I see stakes wins in his future. Real game horse.
