Big Booster???

Can someone help me understand why Big Booster is the second choice in the Pac Classic? In the last year he has had only 1 race that has been valued over 55K.And in all those races he hasn't exactly done very well?????? Why is Tiago or Sun Boat not the second choice? Arson Squad looks better then Big Booster...am I missing something???
