Jock weight defendants trial next month
 

The prosecution admits that the defendants did not receive any renumeration from the jockeys or NYRA yet is still proceeding with the trial. Perhaps they are incompetant but criminal? Spitzer is looking more and more like Mike Nefong. I hope the defendants prevail. This is a perfect example of a couple of small fish that got caught up in big time state politics. Wrong place at the wrong time.

Spitzer is a disgrace. The ironic thing about him is that he developed this "reputation" for being this clean guy above all of the politics of politics. However recent events that have come to light show that he is not only dirty, he may be historically dirty.
