Storm Boot Gold/SPA 10th

I missed this race, due to work. My employer doesn't allow me to watch horseracing on their dime,,,,can ya even BELIEVE that??? Anyway, I *love* this horse, didn't even know he was running. I sorta lost track of him this year. Anyone see the race? How'd he look? I got home and saw that, not only did he race, but he won. And paid $18 TO BOOT!! Dammmmit, Gumby!

I have a TVG account. Is there someway to put horses I want to keep tabs on in some kind of file so this doesn't happen to me again? I just looked on the TVG website but didn't see anything. I'll look again later, but now I have to go tend to the horses in my pasture. My t-bred mare has had an abcess brewing for a couple weeks. Its been trying to bust out of the coronet band. I've been soaking it, giving bute and waiting. Sometime this afternoon it must have popped out. I can see from my window that she is perfectly sound now, out there galloping around like R2R(okay, not *exactly* like R2R!) Now I've got to get my farrier out to put some wide webs on her.

equibase has a stable watch. sign up for it(free), then enter the name of the horses you want to keep tabs of. they'll e-mail you anytime the horse works, enters a race, runs, results.

Thanks Kev,
We're not going to get that price on him anytime soon. Hope you had him.

Thanks Suzanne,

I almost had forgotten about Storm Boot Gold until I read this thread. I was alive to the 1,8,9 in the pick 4 having disregarded your favorite horse. lol. I will add him to my stable to avoid this feeling again. Hope he does well for you in the future!
