LOL, what don't people understand about this horse being slow?

The Bid 07-13-2007 01:52 PM

Probably his siblings have a lot to do with it.

I'm pretty sure Ashado wouldn't admit that he's her brother.

robfla 07-13-2007 02:20 PM

ashado wasnt that fast either.. just found cupcake fields.

am i missing something, but didn't sunriver run a giant turf race recently

The Bid 07-13-2007 02:28 PM

Doesn't mean he merits the attention he gets. He's probably the sixth-fastest horse in that race tomorrow.

The Bid 07-13-2007 04:14 PM

Yeah he did. It was a huge run and hes bred to be a monster on the grass anyhow. I think he fits in here well.

hockey2315 07-13-2007 08:39 PM

I should get a nice price on Trippi's Storm this time atleast. . . Even though I'm not quite sure he can cut it against this group. . .

looks like he found a new home on the turf

The Bid 07-15-2007 06:26 PM

Looks that way. Hope hockey wasnt too stubborn to throw his pick behind him

Coach Pants 07-15-2007 07:10 PM

He put them to sleep, BUT he looked very impressive down the stretch. Seems like he loves the turf.

Apparently. Maybe Goulash won't disown him after all. :)

1:16 for 6f doesn't make an impression other than a bunch shoe shine boys riding behind the leader.

I don't know if you're talking about yesterday's Bowling Green because he didn't go 1:16 in there. The fractions were :24 and 2/5, :49, 1:12 and 4/5, 1:36 and 3/5, 2:00 and 3/5, 2:12 and 3/5.

Hahaha yea Sunriver is really slow....hahahaha

The Bid 07-16-2007 09:41 AM

Hm. I would like to have a slow one like him. Stallion page, over a half mill in earnings, multiple graded stake winner on turf and dirt, grand looking. Where can I pick a slow one like that up.
