Thurs - AP Turf

Arlington Park

R6 - Clm 35K 5fur Turf

#3 So Gifted - Looks to be back in form and makes important 3rd start of the year. 6 yr old gelding is more than capable of finding the winner's circle here. J/T combo (Sterling/Hofmans) have had success (ROI $3.09) with limited runners. ML 10-1 LONGSHOT SPECIAL

R8 - OC50K/N1X 1 1/16 Turf

#3 It's a Danzig - Expecting a big effort on the lawn and top jock will be in the irons. Any performance like his win at CD and the rest are running for 2nd.

#4 Unpaid Crusade - Crushed ILL breds in MSW debut. The son of Coronado's Quest will be moving late.

#7 Wildrally - Amoss knows how to spot them, so he must be used underneath. Hard to see him holding on to the lead in the last furlong.

#1 Marianas - Should be forwardly placed from the get go in his turf debut.

Good Racing Luck

Bogey,

I will be using So Gifted keyed in all three spots in the tri and bottom three rungs for the super. Looking to play the 8th as well. Let's cash a few today.

Declan, So Gifted had nothing left in the last furlong because of dueling for the lead with the favorite most of the race. Disappointing effort, but I hope you were able to cash the small tri in the 8th.

I did, thanks to you. SO Gifted looked like the play turning for home. I knew the duel on the front end was gonna cook the horse. Was hoping to hold on for second or third. Would have been a nice hit. Keep up the good work Bogey and thanks for the tri..

Declan, I'm glad you caught it. I'm mostly concentrating on Prairie Meadows tomorrow night. Horses reacted funny to racing at night for the 1st time under the lights and I'm looking a Codio (Asmussen 10-ML) as my key in the Iowa Derby.

Codio, eh ? What do you like in him... Im looking closely at Bejarano's charge and at Loose Leaf. Gonna try to slam the double, maybe the P3. Gotta look extra hard at anything Assmussen throws out...

http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/HorseRacin...53552-sun.html I see the race wide open and refuse to eat chalk. Loose Leaf is another in the mix for McPeek.
