Its always a good thing when my play of the day is Steves top pick. Loving Indian Lotus in the 8th, spotting the whole field 2 lbs. and 2 yrs. Will be keying in the top two spots over DOminguez, Rose, Pino and Napravnik. (4,6,7,8)

Anyone know the scratch rules for Delaware, I had this 9 in all tickets, am I getting the 8 or a refund?
