Weather and Belmont

According to weather.com, it is suppose to rain tonight and early tomorrow morning and then isolated thunder showers in the afternoon. Does anyone know how well the track at Belmont drains and how the turf course handles rain?

Yes Whodey, many people do.
Right now, I can't recall it so hum a few bars and I'll see if I can fake it.

Downthestretch, I don't understand your post. Is it an attempt at humor?

Thanks DaHoss. I have to make my wagers tonight so I was sort of concerned about the weather. Good luck tomorrow.

Course could use some moisture, I'd gather.

Yes, it was.
Anyway, the track will come up fine. It's called "big sandy" for a reason.
The turf will be just right.
The grounds crew is top notch, especially on such a key day.

Thanks.....I love the turf at Belmont. Always seems to be in perfect condition.
