but can someone explain to me in 50 words or less what that page full of numbers means? Or should I not even bother trying to figure it out at a simplified level?

What do you need, a refresher course? It's all ball-bearings these days.

why don't you prepare that fetzer valve with some 3 in 1 oil and some gauze pads.
