Sumwonlovesyou flattered

Looks like our girl lost to a nice one in her last race..

Girls Pearls cruised by some quality three-year-old fillies (including Awesome Ashley) in today's feature at Churchill, probably earning a figure in the 85-90 range.

Should make the Dee Tee owners feel even better about that narrow loss on the 29th. Look out next start.

I'm not trying to downplay the win but Awesome Ashley was given a horrible ride by Bejarano. Why he was dueling a rabbit is beyond me.

Girls Pearls didn't slip through on the rail this time.

hmmm.. wonder why he moves around so much. is it that hard to meet conditions

The Bid 05-10-2007 09:17 PM

She really was flattered, that horse couldnt have won much easier.

It isn't like Girls Pearls's race today was some sort of fluke either. She had nice form going into her race with Somewon, she ran a very nice race that day, and her race today is just another example of the quality filly that she is.
Running a nice second to her was certainly a good performance, and evidence of a very nice training job by Chuck.
