I did not enjoy my Xpressbet experience over the weekend. Many of the whistles and bells that Youbet has are not present. The biggest for me personally was that I could not find will pays for P3's and 4's. They are a necessity for me and having to start at the computer screen hoping they would come up on the track feed, was frustrating. There were several other smaller things that bothered me too.

Worse yet, at the end of the weekend, I tried to pull my money back out and they won't direct deposit into my checking account. I had to request and check and wait by the mailbox.

I will sacrifice betting on Churchill this year to not have to use that wagering platform again. For my own sanity, I will stick with Youbet until they lose NYRA and or SA/Holly/Dmr.

I use brisbet. I've used 3 or 4 over the years ( youbet, xpress, bris ) and have found bris to be most efficient and user friendly for me.

I complained about this on another board, but am still so steamed that I am happy to do it again.
I, like Bigsmc, signed up for Xpressbet so I could bet CD. NEVER AGAIN! I did find the willpays by the 9th race Saturday, but they were perpetually stuck giving the payouts to the 3 and the 7, that was it. Never changed.

The site crashed five times on me in the 45 minutes before the Derby.

The only way to wager on the Oaks-Derby Double was using a touch-tone system that never could recognize the bet- I tried about five or six times, and gave up. Needless to say it wasn't a tough one to hit.

Now they won't give me my money for a week to ten days, claiming I deposited via credit card. (Which I did not, they even gave me the option of choosing "debit!")
I do wish I'd heeded the Youbet CEO's email plea to protest CDI by not wagering on the Derby. I made some money, but the incredible frustration of using a platform ill equipped to deal with increased usage overwhelmed the monetary gains.
Xpressbet is HORRIBLE.

I have used Xpressbet for over a year and never had any problems. I was depositing funds and making wagers up to post time for all of the races.

Try your local bookie... get paid in cash.....:D

Its a damm shame that these betting sites / tracks NEVER think of the customers.... Its like ok.. I want to bet this race @ this track.. .and I need how many different betting accounts to make a bet.... go figure...

Depending on where you are in Maryland, you could open up an account with Penn National(www.ebetusa.com). They have an OTB in York, which is just about an hour from Pimlico. I lived in Baltimore for a couple of years and had a phone account with them. I don't know what the laws are for now as far as out-of-state accounts.

So what's the story with Brisbet and Belmont?

good question???
