The Rocket is BACK
Roger is back in PINSTRIPES!!!!
Back where he belongs!:D ![]() |
Surprised he made that choice so early in the season.

Randall,
Trust me, the $$$$ he's gonna made the time right. I just wish Francsico Liriano was around to spoil his party again. Instead I get to watch Sidney Ponson be as washed up with the Twinkies as he was with the Skankees. Release this fool already. |

Still one of my favorite all-time players. Good luck to him the rest of the season...

Clemens makes me sick. I hope he does lousy. Hes a big arrogant p***k and I hope the yanks go down the tubes with him.

Agree Kenny.
I am so tired of this act. Im Roger and Im here to save the world by going 5 innngs. Please do us all a favor and quit retiring. Just quit. |
Unless they plan on using him as a middle relief pitcher they have not signifigantly upgraded their team. As ppdgn said in the above post he is a 6 inning pitcher at best now.

I've been a Yankee fan for almost thirty years...it was a disgrace how they annonuced Clemens yesterday. They have "spit" in the face of Yankee tradition! First it was the Bernie thing and then the problems with Marino...now this. Bad Karma for this team...it WILL blow up in their face & won't make the playoffs this year! "Goes around, comes around". Bernie is gone...Mariano will be at the end of the year and Mr. Clemens will be back in Texas...counting his money!!!

I guess I'm just trying to be optimistic. I'm glad they dumped their trainer...some of his theories contributed to Yanks conditioning problems. If they use June and July to get healthy....it could get interesting!
