looks like things aren't all peachy with the multiple owners of this colt. didn't know about the court case last fall, stonewall isn't happy with the judges ruling from then....now issues about who owes whom money.

I loved the part about where Stonewall has $800k in other unrelated unpaid debts.

yeah, made me remember our conversation about them--i don't think they've run ads in bloodhorse lately either....hmmmm

Or the BH won't put the ads in until accounts outstanding are paid?

i saw an updated version after posting the link to the original, they are also being sued regarding the colt 'the daddy' and the deal they made for him. not a good way to start a new business!
