Track You'd Most Like to Visit?

Of the ones you haven't seen yet. I would like to see 2. Haven't been to Churchill yet. And Del Mar sounds like a good time.

My faves are Saratoga and Belmont.

I'd have to say Toga and Churchill. I know i play the pony's and I've been to the Hill but hey I'm still young.

Without a doubt it is Saratoga

The Spaaa and Woodbine, great turf course!

Sha Tin looks like the ish in Japan, that tote board looks awesome.

USA based tracks, I would have to say in any order

Del Mar, Toga, New Gulfstream(been to old one), Santa Anita, Colonial

Been to: Keeneland(meet was closed when I went though), Old Gulfstream, Arlington, Hawthorne

Been to Churchill and Saratoga(the best). I want to see Del Mar. My brother just moved out to southern Cal, so hopefully I can make that one happen!!!

Went to 'Toga last year and was in heaven. Definetly want to check out Churchill, Belmont, and Del Mar someday.

Del Mar is my number one and Newmarket #2. Saratoga and Keeneland are tied for #3. I would like to visit the Curragh.

Fav Tracks

Without a doubt number 1 is Saratoga...:) :)

2. Keeneland (before it gets poly)

3. Belmont

3. Del Mar

Big gap from 1 to 2

deltaforce97 05-30-2006 07:59 PM

I think you are too late for "non-poly" Keeneland. I think it is supposed to be in for the fall meet.

I guess I'd like to see Del Mar but that will never happen. Since it coiincides with Saratoga, I'd have to miss some of saratoga to see it, no thanks.

Oaklawn is the place I'd really like to see, its about the only one I havent been to that I watch and think that I would like to see that I havent been to already.

Scurlogue Champ 05-30-2006 08:05 PM

I would like to see Longchamp......and Epsom, and York.

Cajungator26 05-30-2006 08:18 PM

Del Mar is my top choice for tracks I haven't been to.

Crown@club 05-30-2006 11:01 PM

Belmont, GP, and TOGA! TOGA! TOGA! TOGA!

Thoroughbred Fan 05-30-2006 11:40 PM

Gulfstream and Lone Star

Saratoga

If I lived anywhere else....it would be Del Mar by a mile though. North County San Diego is pretty much the most beautiful part of the continental U.S. imo. Throw in a track by the ocean that features top shelf racing and seems to repel the degenerates......you have a race fans dream vacation spot.

Fav I've been to: Hialeah. Loved the Spanish architecture, the flamingoes, and the flowers. But I agree that Del Mar is awfully nice, too.

#1 still to see: Saratoga. I've made 2 trips to the Racing Museum, but still haven't caught the track during its season.
