Anyone in the Albany area ?

There is a poker game every Thursday night on colvin ave in albany, its at sheas uptown sports bar and grill, its a real good time, its at 7pm, i know it might be to late for this week, but just keep it in mind for following weeks. Buy-in is $65 they keep $15 but they serve food beer and soda all night, all you can drink or eat, its always a solid night i won twice and both times first prize was over $1,000.

It's the state capital of the "greatest" state in the union!

Anything goes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes...but if it is illegal ( and I have a shot in the dark that it may be) then I think he may have it out for a certain establishment owner.

Gotcha.....I heard the raid is already in progress. We can only hope POINTGIVEN1985 is able to find internet access in prison.

If I were a NY State taxpayer, oh wait....I am!, I would not be happy to hear the cops are wasting my money breaking up 50 cent poker games. Especially with you running free.

Albany is one of the oddest places ive ever stayed...

POINTGIVEN1985 03-22-2007 07:54 PM

well i already busted out tonight, but it is not legal but they cover it up they call it the albany poker club, the chips are engraved for points, and local cops play so you can say its legal. its a great setup tonight there was 70 players and first prize was $1,543

Mortimer 03-22-2007 08:00 PM

I know what you're saying, but when you expose it one just never knows .

Some goody-goody ...or jr. reporter or maybe an evangilist ....or local Bishop in charge of church bingo skimming.....or what have you...could make trouble....no?

Mortimer 03-22-2007 08:01 PM

Can you mention the names of the constables engaging in this activity?

Mortimer 03-22-2007 08:02 PM

Any other insights to the cover up you may be able to divulge to us?
