Trainer de Seroux of Rancho Santa Fe to retire from horse racing

Laura de Seroux, the only female to train a Horse of the Year winner, has announced she is retiring from training effective at the end of the month.

I can only hope the sport is able to continue after this devestating blow.

From what I have heard I hope this means she can spend more time on message boards.

At least somebody will have Rosesinmay's back now.

I thought this referred to Simon Bray who was doing a fine job when Azeri and Astra were taken away from him.:(

She can definitiely teach Laura a thing or two....and would undoubtably jump at the opportunity.


I don't know if you heard, but.....ah forget it.

I just read her bio and can't believe she's married.

Yeah. I guess i'll have to accept the fact that the only thing I could possibly be in her life is her caddy.
