I am whipped.

Spent all day out in the sun yesterday at the Little Everglades Steeplechase. (drank more than a few Miller Lites too :o ). Woke up this morning at 4:30 and drove 3.5 hours to St. Augustine to work. I'm sitting in my hotel room right now wondering how early is too early to go to bed.

Kind of ironic... I was up at the same time and did pretty much the same thing all day (except at Gulfstream.) I don't think I slept more than two hours last night either. Haha

Sweet dreams! :D

messes me up big time, I can usually tell someone what time of the day it is within 10 minutes without having to look at a clock for hours, but it messes me up big time...

I decided to go into work on Sunday at 5am, that was a mistake, it was really 4am by my internal clock.

How is the time we use just 4 months out of 12 "standard" time?

Isn't that time now the deviation from the norm?

And why am I told to "spring forward, fall back" when this is happening in the winter?

I'm just asking.
